For our Client, an international B2B organization operating in over 25 countries and a leader in workplace solutions, we are looking for a Group Data & AI Director. The company is at a pivotal stage of its digital transformation, building a mature, global Data & AI function.
This is a strategic role with a clear transformation mandate, responsible for moving from fragmented analytics toward a cohesive, business-embedded data and AI operating model.
Key responsibilities:
• Define and execute the global Data & AI strategy
• Establish and implement data governance and data compliance frameworks
• Develop and standardize the enterprise data platform
• Transform analytics into a true business partner function
• Build AI capabilities (greenfield) and develop data analytics / data science teams
• Collaborate closely with IT and align central and local structures
Ideal profile:
• Proven experience leading Data & AI transformation initiatives
• Hands-on track record in building data governance structures
• Strong ability to bridge business and technology perspectives
• Experience working with international stakeholders
• Solid leadership and change management capabilities
The role requires presence in Gdańsk (3 days per week in the office), which is essential due to direct team leadership and on-site executive visibility.
