We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of IT Business Relationship Manager.
The company operates as a product organization, with a global agile technology team. It is an innovative environment where the IT Business Relationship Manager will have a direct impact on product development.
Your tasks:
- Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including local business analysts, area leaders, management, and business partners.
- Collaboration with other IT Business Relationship Managers responsible for different regions.
- Co-creating the strategy and long-term roadmap for entities within your scope, identifying priority needs, and communicating the roadmap to key stakeholders.
- Representing the technology team within entities, promoting technological products, providing technical advisory, gathering local technology needs to shape product strategies and continuously improve them. Leading the implementation and adoption of functional products in the entities under your responsibility.
- Co-managing the product backlog in response to business needs.
- Promoting the technology strategy and aligning it with the leaders of the entities.
- Supporting local adoption and maximizing the value of global products being implemented.
Candidate requirements:
- Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the FMCG industry.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Ability to translate business needs into technological terms and vice versa.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of business processes and technical knowledge of IT systems.
