For our client, which is one of the world’s largest restaurant chains, we are looking for an individual to fill the role of a
Scrum Master/Project Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Coaching and driving agile principles and ways of working into the cross-functional marketing & integrated agency team for delivering the entire annual marketing calendar;
- Establishing agile ceremonies and sprint plans to define, monitoring & track progress to ensure the delivery of all marketing campaigns;
- Working with market and channel leads on the overall Marketing strategic objectives and supporting them to lay out the entire plan in backlog, breaking them down into small achievable goals for each Sprint;
- Fostering close cooperation across all team members, encouraging cross-training and supporting each other;
- Facilitating communication and ensuring collaboration between stakeholders and agencies and removing roadblocks that may impact the delivery;
- Identifying the key dependencies and coaching cross-functional team members to remove impediments (e.g., logistical challenges, agency dependencies) to ensure they are communicated and resolved so they don’t impact the overall timelines;
- Tracking project performance within the agile tool, specifically analyzing the successful completion of short and medium-term goals and periodically sharing progress and next steps with all stakeholders and global teams;
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear
- Lead and prepare meetings.
Requirements:
- Desired background of 3-5 years in Marketing (e.g., CRM, Media, Digital, CX, Analytics), or experience in Project Management for Marketing teams;
- Keenness to quickly upskill on agile methodology, values, and principles;
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Digital, Business, Marketing);
- Proficiency in English;
- Understanding of marketing foundation & the entire campaign launch process across different channels (e.g., CRM, Media, Digital);
- Understanding/Experience of the agile scrum process;
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Confluence, etc);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others;
- Proven success in influencing peers and leaders at various levels in a dynamic, changing environment: the ability to work independently with minimal direction;
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability;
- Effective relationship builder capable of engaging with stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority;
- Open and honest but tactful and respectful in communication style and approach – internally and externally;
- Emotional maturity and demonstrated confidence;
- Highly resourceful team player and collaborator.
