We’re looking for a Sales Ops Manager to power smarter sales decisions and help us grow faster.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and cross-functional teams to turn data into insight, streamline our CRM and sales processes, and support day-to-day operations. Your work will directly influence how we plan, act, and succeed in sales.
What you’ll do:
- Build sales forecasts and performance reports
- Own and manage our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy
- Automate workflows and implement sales tools (including AI solutions)
- Analyze and improve sales processes
- Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and track team progress
- Support sales with high-quality materials and customer insights
- Drive internal improvement projects and initiatives
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have experience in sales operations, CRM management, or sales analytics
- Love working with data — collecting, analyzing, and turning it into actionable insights
- Feel confident building sales forecasts and creating reports that support strategic decisions
- Know your way around CRM systems (bonus points for HubSpot!)
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and work well with different teams across the company
- Can juggle multiple projects without losing focus or quality
- Are proactive, curious, and always looking for ways to improve how things are done
- Are ready to travel to Wroclaw office once a quarter for 1-2 days (travel costs covered)
