Key Responsibilities:
- Market Alignment: Coordinate market transformation to align with global strategies in areas such as Consumer, Restaurant, and Company.
- Integrated Roadmap: Drive the development and execution of market roadmaps in line with corporate processes. Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
- Capacity Planning: Assess and support market capacity for transformation projects, coordinating talent and resources.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key liaison between market, global, and segment teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proven experience in project management at a national or business level, with strong alignment to corporate strategy.
- Experience in leading transformation processes in large organizations at a national or business level.
- PMP® Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, Data & Analytics, or related field.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage resources, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
