We are looking for a person experienced in the implementation of SAP HCM technology, in this case for an SAP partner in the market not only in Europe, but also globally.
Currently, the company is preparing to open another branch-this time in Poland-which will join the respectable group of 40 representatives worldwide.
Who are we looking for?
- A person experienced in 360- SAP HCM implementation projects
- Someone experienced and independent, not only in terms of implementation, but also in terms of organization of own work
- A person who sees solutions, not problems
- Communicative, open-minded consultants who understand the client’s needs
Our requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish labor law and related processes such as time calculation
- Ability to analyze, map and understand the client’s needs and provide expert opinion on implementation
- Support and guide the client through the entire implementation process, including the training necessary to operate the system
- Fluent communication in Polish and English (min. B2)
- Experience in independent project management and in cooperation with Project Managers
- Knowledge of ABAP language to the extent of being able to find errors and report them to the appropriate specialists- will be an added advantage
Your task will be:
- Independently lead implementations of SAP HCM module and compatible solutions such as ADP Globalview
- Building relationships with customers that foster long-term cooperation
- Work closely with regional Project Managers responsible for the implementation of country-specific payroll configurations, from business design to configuration implementation to UAT and parallel testing
