For our client, the world’s second-largest wine and spirits seler and producer, we are looking for a candidate for the position of: Release Manager, who will be responsible for environment monitoring, maintenance, setup and change managment of the Global Integration Platform.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and execute releases to production (planning, communication, execution)
- Monitor GIP system reports, dashboards, propose & take proactive action to ensure GIP continues to deliver services within the KPIs and SLA
- Act as primary contact for IT Operations related to infrastructure maintenance and upgrades
- Follow-up requests from deployment teams related to solution quality assurance and regression testing
- Arrange for regression tests to be performed when required
- Keep key stakeholders updated on incident/problem status until resolution achieved
- Cooperation with development, architecture, and business teams to ensure integration with all systems
Employer requirements
- Previous Integration services experience and knowledge of technology SOAP/XML, REST/JSON, AS2 and other integration standards is required
- Understanding of release management and change managment
- Ability to work with various cultures, languages and nationalities
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and standards
- Customer oriented attitude
- Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a complex technology environment
